Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer the following returns policy.

Returns

We can refund or exchange, at the price purchased, any item returned in a saleable condition with proof of purchase. Please notify us of your intention to return the item within 14 days of purchase. Return the item within another 14 days using the original packaging and enclose all documentation including your receipt and a note giving the reason for the return. Please send at your own cost via recorded delivery to us at 85 Nant y Felin, Pentraeth LL75 8UY, so that you have proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.

Faulty Goods

If the item is faulty, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund. Refund will be made to the method of payment used at time of order. If you are returning an item because it is faulty or because we have made an error, we will refund the return postage. Otherwise, you will be responsible for such costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We well also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you have any queries in regards to the refund, please contact us.
